Our suppliers guarantee that the latest sell by and use by dates apply to your items when picking your order, and these are also checked by us when delivering your order to ensure maximum longevity for your items. However in the unlikely event that you should experience any problem with regard to this issue please do not hesitate in contacting us.
Any weights or volumes stated on the website are correct to best of our knowledge and have been attained from the manufacturers.
PURCHASING & PAYMENT
The prices on our website include IVA and are correct at the time of adding to our website, we cannot however be held responsible for errors, or price increases made by our suppliers.
We shall endeavour to keep our prices up to date at all times. We shall inform you if an error is found within your order, and give you the choice of accepting the correct price, or cancelling the item.
Alcoholic Drinks, Non-prescription drugs and Vitamins and Supplements may only be purchased by people over the age of 18. Proof may be required.
Any Special Offers, or 'Sale' items are subject to availability. Where possible we will list the end date of the sale to assist you, however offers may end with no notice given. You may order as many Special Offer or Sale items as you wish.
All payments are required in Euros.
You have the option of using our secure on-line payment system (Pay Pal) at the time of ordering or alternatively you may pay in cash at time of delivery. There maybe times the Pay Pal website is unavailable. In this instance we would advise you to place your order and make payment in cash at the time of delivery.
All outstanding monies must be paid prior to delivery taking place or at the time of delivery dependent upon method of payment.
All goods remain the property of Little Britain 24-7 until such time as the full amount has been received.
If an instance occurs when we cannot fulfil your order, we shall contact you with the offer of an alternative product, or the option to cancel the order in part or full, at such time a refund shall be given for the outstanding balance.
At no time will we store your credit card details electronically or otherwise.
In the event of an item being no longer available or temporally unavailable in the Brand or Quantity shown on our website we shall contact you as soon as possible and advise you of your options.
DELIVERY
Little Britain 24-7 will only dispatch your order once it is complete. We do not deliver part orders. However, if a product is not available, a refund will be made available for the cost of the product. This will be included on your receipt.
RETURNS POLICY
If you make a mistake whilst ordering we would be unable to offer a refund on any returns. If the mistake is ours, then we will of course refund the items concerned.
If you are not satisfied by the products supplied, contact us upon receipt with the reason why and we shall endeavour to remedy this. 'Upon receipt' shall be deemed to be within 24 hours of taking possession, after this time we shall consider the order satisfied.
